A brief introduction to stainless steel checkered plate

Stainless steel checker plate is divided into two categories:

The first one is rolled by steel mill in the production of stainless steel. The thickness of this type of product is about 3.0 to 6.0mm, and it is in the state of annealing and pickling after hot rolling. The process is as follows:

Stainless steel billet → hot rolling black coil → thermal annealing and pickling line → smoothing machine, tension leveling machine, polishing line → cross-cutting line → hot-rolled stainless steel checkered plate

The second one of checker plate is flat on one side and patterned on the other side. This kind of checker plate is more commonly used in chemical, railway vehicles and other occasions where strength is required. Such products are mainly imported, generally from Japan and Belgium, and domestic Tisco and Baosteel products belong to this type.

The second category is the processing enterprises in the market, which purchase hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel plates from steel mills, and check the plates made by mechanical stamping. These products are concave on one side and convex on the other side, and are often used in general civil decoration occasions. There are many cold-rolled products of this type, and most of the 2B/BA cold-rolled stainless steel checker plates on the market are of this type.
