Application

Stainless steel cold rolled coil is widely used in building material, medical tools, kitchen wares etc. 201 stainless steel is suitable for interior decoration, elevator decoration, hotel decoration, kitchen equipment, ceiling, cabinet, kitchen   sink, advertising nameplate etc. 304 stainless steel is commonly used in the construction of   external banisters and handrails, and it has good processing performance and   weldability. 316L stainless steel is suitable for medical and surgical applications, which demand high levels of reliable performance.

Hot rolled coil products like hot rolled steel bars are used in the welding and construction trades to make railroad tracks and I-beams. Hot rolled coil is used in situations where precise shapes and tolerances are not required.

2B

This is the general purpose, cold rolled finish and it is final pass on polished rolls is to produce a smooth, brighter surface, typical uses for a standard 2B finish include non-decorative or functional sheet metal products.

BA

Bright Annealed(BA) finish, it is highly corrosion resistant because it is very smooth, surface treatment after 2B , highly reflective finish retained by final annealing in a controlled atmosphere furnace. The finish has large application in the appliance and automotive.

NO.4

This requires physical alteration of the metal, most notably through the use of abrasive material that removes portions from the surface No.4 finish is usually supplied with a PE coating as a surface protection.

NO.8

Also defined by their high reflection and mirror-like   appearance. They are the most reflective stainless steel finishes available by ASTM standards. The surface is completely free of grit lines, achieving the perfect mirror finish.
