Manufacturing process of stainless steel

Foshan Taiyuda Group focuses on finely stainless steel manufacturing, we have a large amount on domestic trade and also export to many countries. Stainless steel for now using main materials are grades 201,304,304L,316,316L,430 steels. The major products of our company are stainless coil, sheets, strips and pipes.

For our stainless steel products , first of the manufacturing process, we use the good quality original black steel coils to annealed and pickled, then we check the surface and side to make sure the quality. Next process we do cold rolled and hot rolled manufacture which depends on customers need, and also the products through highly precise second annealed, surface finishing, coating or grinding. Finally we checking each products which coils or sheets. For strips and pipe we have other functional manufactures technologies to make different function and kinds, like strips size and hardness, or for pipe we know seamless pipe.

All of our products are using highly precise machines, when steels through these machines which through a bend test and the tensile strength have quality assurance. After every process we must check the machine and product quality.
